Originally supplied new by McLaren Dusseldorf the car was sold direct to Louwman Exclusive in The Netherlands who are now the official McLaren Dealer and the car was kept as a showroom car until it was sold in May 2015 and registered in the UK. The car has since lived in a very impressive private collection alongside its 2 other 'Holy Trinity' stablemates the LaFerrari that we currently have for sale and the Porsche 918 Spyder that we have recently sold. This stunning example comes with the Original P1 Hardback Collectors Book signed by the Designer of the car Mr Frank Stephenson who in turn has also signed this car under the bonnet which makes it incredibly rare and collectable and adds to its wonderful provenance.
