We are delighted to offer for sale this 1963 Morris Mini CooperS FIA Race Car, Winner of the 2009 St Mary's Trophy race at the Goodwood Revival at the hands of Nick Swift and Oliver Gavin. Built in 2008 as the Swiftune Works car for the 2009 season, this is a well known successful car on the button and ready to be very competitive. In the past few years it has been updated and lovingly developed into a stunning and rapid machine. Looked after by Simon Rudge Motorsport on event and for servicing.

Finished in an original Morris Fiesta Yellow with Old English White roof paint scheme and black roundels, the car is easily identifiable and whilst in the Ownership of Nick Swift gained the nickname ‘snot’

Currently in Appendix K specification with a valid HTP (valid through to 2028), the car is run to 1965 specifications.

In 2009 Winner of both all-Mini races at the Goodwood revival, pole position and fastest lap.

In 2019 it competed at the following events: 77th Goodwood Members Meeting, Betty Richmond Trophy. Setting a qualifying time of 1:34. 400, Masters Pre-66 Touring Cars, Brands Hatch, Donington Park, Silverstone Classic, Masters Pre-66 Mini Celebration Races, Silverstone Classic

The Engine is a full Swiftune race unit, having been recently fully rebuilt and with a new cylinder head fitted in 2018. The engine comes with MSA seals fitted with a sealing certificate making it ready to race. Gearbox has also recently been rebuilt with 2 new gears fitted

Full race Dog 'box fitted with race clutch. New remote reservoir AP Racing master cylinder arrangement fitted in 2019. New Swiftune aluminium fuel tank fitted in 2019. Sparco Seat and belts currently within date, with Corbeau endurance belts fitted new in 2018.

Fitted with a Racelogic Video VBox and OLED Predictive lap timer display and TranX 260DP Transponder.

Comes with 8 spare wheels and a good spares package - details and pictures on request.
