Unveiled at the 2004 Paris Motor Show, the Vanquish S elevated the iconic model to new heights, introducing a host of cutting-edge performance enhancements. Its all-alloy V12 engine received significant upgrades, including new cylinder heads, refined engine mapping, and advanced fuel injectors. These enhancements boosted the power output from the standard Vanquish's 460bhp to a remarkable 520bhp. Coupled with revised gearing, the Vanquish S achieved a blistering top speed of 200mph and an impressive 0-60mph time of just 4.6 seconds, solidifying its place as one of the fastest Aston Martins ever produced at Newport Pagnell during its era and also the last V12 produced at the factory
The 'S' variant also featured subtle yet impactful design updates, such as a larger, reimagined grille, an aerodynamic front splitter, and an integrated rear spoiler on the boot lid to ensure stability at high speeds. Inside, the Vanquish S epitomized luxury with exquisite hand-stitched leather adorning the interior. The dashboard and various trim elements were wrapped in fine hide, enhancing the bespoke ambiance of an already stunning cockpit.
