Having been fortunate enough to buy many high-end cars over the last 20+ years, it was incredibly refreshing to deal with Top555 and Michael. They truly brought back what real customer service is all about, with old-school values and a personal touch that’s hard to find these days.

Michael was outstanding throughout the entire process. Communication was excellent from start to finish, the car was delivered exactly as described—if not better—and the delivery and follow-up were first class. Michael personally delivered the car to me in Surrey, which made the whole experience even more impressive.

A few days after taking delivery, I was genuinely taken aback to receive a thoughtful gift in the post. It was a lovely gesture and reminded me of the kind of customer service that used to be standard but is sadly rare nowadays.

Without hesitation, I’ll be buying another car from these guys. They’re the real deal, and credit where credit is due.

They had the perfect car for my needs at Top 555, after speaking to Mike we arranged to take my car in as part X, the new can was under cover in the showroom, the cover was pulled back by Magic! There was a very Nicely prepared Vehicle ready to go.

Very nice if you have £150,000+ to spend on a Ferrari, Lamborghini, Porsche…. For most of us, just nice to look at. Useful mechanics if you happen to have a supercar hire car breakdown nearby.

Out of all the independent supercar dealerships worldwide, you will not find anyone more humble and transparent than Charles and the Top555 Team.

A lot of supercar companies have turned to the “gram” with self proclaimed “we’re the best” and videos that are just not tasteful.

Top555 keep it classy with client care that is impossible to beat. I have bought many supercars from Charles. Not one purchase has ever had an issue and every sale comes with ultimate professionalism.

Each time I do business with Charles he treats me like a new customer and it feels like a new experience each time. It is always an incredible buzz buying from Top555 and you know you’re in safe hands.

Not your stereotypical car sale. This was actually an enjoyable purchase.
Michael Mahon from start to finish was brilliant.
He listened to everything I was after, anything he was able to do he confirmed straight away.
He provided options with finance included, with delivery included, etc, giving me the choice to take his offer or not – no pressure in any way.

The car was delivered looking pristine, also with a super handy personalised video running through the car controls for future reference.

Purchased an s63 from the guys at top555, had a small issue with the last service not being at Mercedes which they were unaware of, took the car anyway on the proviso that I could get it serviced at my Mercedes’ dealership and they were brilliant a full service with no quibbles which they paid for immediately, I have been in the trade for 40years selling vans and I can tell you these are honest people with a great set up and stunning stock, can’t recommend them enough, thanks Dan and Charles.

We purchased a vehicle from Top 555 a few years ago and was told it had never been in an accident. We have since found out that this is not the case and there has been drivers side corner damage. There has been a poor repair meaning that panels don’t line up and are rubbing against each other. We are very disappointed and did not expect this level of service from a reputable dealer.

Called in for a quick look around and wow what a place….. Dan showed me around and has an encyclopedic knowledge of the stable of cars they have on site and the cars are truly astonishing…. I count myself as a serious car person and I genuinely could not distinguish between a brand new car or the cars they have on show.
Perfection is an easy word to use and often used loosely but the cars I saw were basically perfect, not a mark, not a haze mark, it’s like they had never actually been on the road.
The team of guys putting these cars out should be incredibly proud of their work its truly remarkable.

I would recommend the place to anybody, you really have to see it to belive it.

Lovely cars

Really excellent. The car I bought from them while they were in lockdown was if anything under described. It arrived in a closed trailer in absolutely impeccable condition. Every aspect of what was agreed was done exactly in accordance with discussions. The car is an Aston Martin Vantage V12S and it’s the second car I have bought from Charles Freimuth at TOP555. I was surprised to see less than a full 5* rating which I see is the result of somebody who clearly didn’t even go to the showroom making rude and stupid comments. It’s a shame people are allowed to do that without proper authentication. Anyway, a very good company for sure and in my experience one that is selling very very high quality exceptionally well sourced cars.

Called for a car and was spun a story when infact they had purchased/loaned themselves only few weeks ago and now selling on which is fine but why not be upfront. Not sure if all the cars owned by them or perhaps customers cars. I am always cautious and check a company out which is so easy on the net and this raised my doubts especially when spending £160k
